1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Meli, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Meli helps users create and listen to AI-generated educational songs and purchase classroom songs through in-app purchases.

3. Generated Content and Storage

AI-generated songs are stored for a limited time and may be deleted after 30 days. We encourage you to download or otherwise save any content you want to keep.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Classroom song purchases are non-consumable and linked to your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Meli for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, and related materials are owned by Meli. You retain rights to original content you provide.

8. Disclaimers

Meli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Meli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
